Lunch: Rotisserie chicken with steam broccoli.
Snack: Celery sticks filled with cream cheese.
Dinner: Broiled porterhouse steak with mushrooms seasoned garlic and pepper. Use juices from the meat for added flavor.
Bedtime: Always go to sleep on an empty stomach.
